Alexis is a Latina businesswoman, philanthropist, and advocate for women’s empowerment. Her work is focused on the advocacy for women’s equity and supporting women on their journey to hold leadership positions and believe in themselves. So many times as Latinas, we are taught to be quiet and small, but what I’ve learned is that Latinas deserve to play it big and bet on themselves. We need more Latinas in business, government, and leadership, and it’s my mission to get us there.

In 2025, Alexis became the founder of the “Business of Her”, a national women’s conference dedicated to building the next generation of female business leaders through expert insights, dynamic speakers, grant funding and strategic resources, while bridging women across industries.

Alexis’ debut novel extends her mission into the literary world, blending personal storytelling, research, and practical tools to help women recognize their inherent worth and step confidently into leadership. She shares her own journey, hard-won lessons, research-backed insights, and practical tools designed to help women recognize their inherent worth and move from self-doubt into self-leadership. The book serves as a step-by-step guide for women ready to do the inner work, define their calling, and rise into positions of influence with authenticity and strength.
