Alexis is a Latina businesswoman, philanthropist, and advocate for women’s empowerment. Her work is focused on the advocacy for women’s equity and supporting women on their journey to hold leadership positions and believe in themselves. So many times as Latinas, we are taught to be quiet and small, but what I’ve learned is that Latinas deserve to play it big and bet on themselves. We need more Latinas in business, government, and leadership, and it’s my mission to get us there.

From performing for my family every Christmas, to graduation speeches to professionally speaking on stages for hundreds of people.
During my career, I’ve had the opportunity to attend and speak at national conferences. I didn't know it at the time, but conferences would change my life completely. Conferences gave me the ultimate gift. The gift of knowing that getting together with large groups of people for a bigger purpose could impact lives.
I have loved being on stages since I was a little girl.
